Frequently Asked Questions
Does Epiphany Center accept insurance?
Epiphany Center prioritizes the therapeutic alliance between patient and therapist. We have thus elected not to accept insurance for our psychotherapy services. This choice allows us to tailor our support to your specific needs without the red tape and limitations on quality imposed by insurance companies.
Our goal is to provide high-quality care, ensuring that our focus remains entirely on you and your journey. We do accept HSAs, Flex Spending Accounts, and all major credit cards. Additionally, we provide Superbills to support access to “Out of Network” benefits. Ask your insurance carrier about “Out of Network” coverage. If you are eligible, your insurer will inform you about your reimbursement rate and any other specifics about your plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. A full session fee is assessed if a cancellation occurs within fewer than 24 hours.
What are your prices?
Our Epiphany Kickstart Program is designed to offer flexible scheduling options, customized treatment, and accessible pricing to meet your needs on your timeframe. Pricing for your Epiphany Kickstart program is based on the frequency, intensity, and length of your individualized program.
